As part of 170 new accessories for the new Defender, the AutoHome roof tent is a state of the art roof tent measuring 2.3m long, 1.3m wide and 1.5m high accommodates two adults and includes a full size luxury cotton mattress, pillows, interior LED light, stowage net, rear canopy and an aluminium ladder to access the tent from either side of the Defender. Sleep easy knowing that the Defender can withstand a static roof load of 300kg making this a perfect partnership for camping trips.
When you aren’t using the tent, it is protected by the lightweight fibreglass shell which in turn makes it tremendously easy to erect. Unclip the fastening and lift until the gas struts take the strain and fully open the tent.
The roof tent is priced at €3,081.96 excluding VAT and can be bought here or any Land Rover showroom and works in conjunction with the official Land Rover Expedition Roof Rack and Roof Rails, which come fitted as standard with the Adventure Pack.
